Senior Chef de Partie

We require a Senior Chef de Partie to join a young team at one of Bournemouths up and coming hotels.
You will be working closely with the Head Chef and will be nurtured to be in charge of the whole operation.
A background of quality establishments would be an advantage .
5 days a week ,split shifts ,meals on duty ,no live in.
