Sous Chef Required ,Poole ,Dorset !

We require a dynamic Sous Chef to work with us at this lovely restaurant on Poole Quay .

You will be working in partnership with the Head Chef and must be able to lead a small team when the Head Chef is off !

We are looking for a candidate with a restaurant background and can take things to the next level within this great team .
