Sous Chef required near Shaftesbury Dorset

We require a Sous Chef to work with us at this lovely Gastro pub near Shaftesbury in Dorset
The lucky candidate must be able to run he kitchen on the chefs days off and be able to implement seasonal menu changes when appropriate.
We offer a lovely traditional English fayre that has a modern twist and daily specials can be added to the menu .No awards at moment but would like to get there !
This is quaint location with parking available
5 days a week there is a mix of shifts split and straight and there is public transport available as welol
There is no accommodation with this one for at least 2 months as busy time of year
Start time is 10 – 230 back at 5 till 930 – 10
