We require a dynamic Sous Chef to come in and work with our Head Chef and to take this restaurant forward to where we want to be .
Lucky candidate must have experience of high end gastro pub work as we will be going for awards in the future .
You will be given full support from the team around you and will have all aspects of the kitchen covered with a dynamic approach to service and maintaining standards
We are looking for a Chef who has a good background of high end gastro pub work and can work to the highest levels.
If you have what it takes we need to here from you .
No accommodation and references required !
Splits and Straight shifts
£28-£30000 pa +Tronc
