Sous Chef required

We require a talented young Sous Chef to help galvanise this young team at this amazing Gastro pub in Christchurch ,Dorset .
A fast paced environment is what you must be used too and will not take no for an answer .
You will be working with a young team under Executive Chef and you will have input to menus that are created according to Seasons ,using fresh ingredients
There will be a great opportunity here for promotion and you must be willing to teach others .
Excellent package is on offer ,No live in .5 days from 7 Splits and straight shifts
