We require a Sous Chef at a lovely gastro pub in Potters Bar London .
Must be able to take control of kitchen on Chefs days off .
would be an encouraged to assist in menu creation and ordering for the kitchen .
Must be good organiser ,listener and teacher .
Past experience of country pubs would be good
Immediate start available with extra help with rent in the local area
