Sous Chef Poole !

We require a dynamic Sous Chef to work with us at this lovely restaurant on Poole Quay .
The lucky candidate must have a Rosette background although not essential and be prepared to work 45 hours a week 5 days from 7 .
We use only freshly prepared produce that is rotated on a seasonal basis with with the menus emphasizing local suppliers.
