Sous Chef immediate Start Dorset !

We require a Sous Chef to work with us at this busy gastro pub near the town of Blandford
You will be working closely with the Head Chef and will be expected to liaise with the younger members of the team and teach others
We have our own butchery and garden where we get our meats and fruit and veg in season although we are not chasing awards
We also supply a local delicatessen with there meats etc .
We are a busy place for weddings and functions
5 days a week ,accommodation provided at small charge ,meals on duty
£25000 pa plus tips
