Sous Chef ,Dorchester

We require a Sous Chef for this Gastro pub in Dorchester .
We only use fresh seasonal ingredients and are looking for a Sous Chef to help with menu creation and maintaining standards.
This position is 5 days a week and will be split shifts from 930 to 230 and 6 till 930 .
You must have your own transport as there is No live in with this position.
Past experience of Gastro pubs is an advantage but not a essential
