Sous Chef , Bournemouth !

We require a Sous Chef in Bournemouth town centre with a modern European cuisine background that can assist the Head Chef in the day to day running of this newly refurbished restaurant .
You will be responsible for running the kitchen on the Chefs days off and must be able to teach younger staff members the ins and outs of the restaurant .
This position is for 5 days from 7 and the Restaurant will be open on the 10th of April
We are looking for someone who has a good stable background and has references to back it up
