Shortbread Recipe

This one is excellent for a big number ,

1.2 kg Plain Flour

3 packets unsalted butter

300g caster sugar

100 g chocolate chips dark and 100g white

beat butter and sugar till softened ad flour and bring together

before fully incorporated add chocolate chips .

Roll out onto baking sheet pierce with fork

bake 170-180 20-25 minutes until golden brown
