Senior Sous Chef London

We require a Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef for our Indian restaurant opening soon in Central London
We are looking for a talent leader who can galvanise a team in this pressured environment .
You will be expected to hit a good GP make sure that all food hygiene regs are adhered to and develop menus .
A background of continental cuisine would be an advantage with experience in quality dining establishments .
We are offering and excellent salary of up to £30000 p.a for the right candidates .
5 days a week ,straight shifts ,No Live In
Must be able to work in the UK
NVQ1+2 , we will require references
