My Choux Paste Recipe !

This one usually works –
Bring to the boil 1 pint water ,1 packet butter
Add 12 oz Plain flour ,mix till comes away from sides of the pan and continue to work over low heat for 2 minutes to cook out the flour
Let cool for 20 minutes .
Mean while crack 7 eggs in a bowl and whisk ,slowly incorporate the eggs with the cooled mix and beat vigorously until all mixed in
Dropping consistency must be reached before you pipe into your shapes, as required
Bake accordingly on a fairly high heat 180- 200
