Head Chef Required Surrey !

We are currently recruiting for Head Chef at our family run country pub in Nutfield, Surrey. We offer a selection of freshly prepared meals using local, fresh ingredients and alongside our traditional menu we also look to offer an array of exciting and inspirational dishes.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Head Chef or be an experienced Sous Chef looking to step up. Responsibilities will include:
- The organisation and leadership of a well-structured kitchen
- Investing time in training and coaching other staff
- Checking the quality and output of the kitchen, ensuring all tasks are done to the highest standard
- Maintaining and potentially improving a healthy GP%
- Maintaining top quality hygiene and health and safety standards
- Formulating menus, specials and recipe ideas
