Head Chef required Portland Dorset!

We require a Head Chef who is available straight away to run a lovely hotel in Portland , Dorset
You will be required to bring things up to standard while implementing your own ideas and making sure we maintain standards required .
We are not aiming for any awards but would like the Chef to work with us at keeping costs under control and running a tight ship whilst employing staff and getting costings right
There is a good bonus structure in place and we intend to make this an on going format as long as GP is hit
We are looking for a dynamic Chef who wants to go up in the world and get best results possible by using suppliers from the local area .
Accommodation is included !
£25000 + pa
