Head Chef required Near Dorchester !

We require a talented Head Chef to assist in the running of a newly refurbished Gastro pub in the heart of the Dorset countryside .

The lucky candidate must have a Rosette background and have the ambition and drive to attain more accolades !

Due to the location of the property there is no accommodation as it is in a quiet village .

You will have full control of all menus and dishes that are served and you must make good relationships with the local suppliers in the area !

There is a bonus scheme on offer with a great wage to reward the right candidate .

References will be required !

Salary up to £35000 pa
