Head Chef Required ! Live in

We require a dynamic Head Chef to run this gastro pub in the heart of the Dorset countryside .
You will be working in a small team and be expected to increase the turnover of the pub by producing the right food for this discerning clientèle.
Due to its location you will incorporate casseroles and stews this time of year and be able to work with fresh seafood as this is an ideal location and has the best of both worlds.
You will maintain a good GP and keep on top of Food Hygiene regs .
The property is closed for food on a Monday and Tuesday at the moment while things are quiet . Accommodation included
