Head Chef ,Production Kitchen ,London !

Based in a production kitchen in Tottenham, N17, our growing company uniquely specialises celebrating the world of Jewish cuisine.
The kitchen supplies several channels of our operation:
- A retail concession in Selfridges Foodhall
- Corporate Hospitality & Fine Dining
- Small Event Catering
- Wholesale Grab & Go Contracts
We now require a strong and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen operation and working closely with the MD, help advance the business.
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:
- Extensive experience in production kitchen, contract catering, banqueting and event catering
- An understanding of the rules of kosher supervision would be helpful but not essential
- A sound understanding of Food Safety Procedures and Legislation – Level 2 minimum
- Consistency of product standards is key to this role, with the ability to ensure the highest quality is prepared by the team
- The ability to lead a team of willing staff
- A calm and efficient working style
Working hours are Sunday to Thursday (occasional Fridays if busy). Straight shifts ,No accommodation .

£30000 + pa
