Head Chef / Manager needed London

We require a Head Chef /Manager to help produce some great food and prep dishes with a Mediterranean background .
You will be working in a production kitchen and have a team of 8 chefs to assist you .
We are looking for that dynamic individual to take things forward to the next level and come up with new methods of preparation and delivery .
You will have control of the kitchen ordering processes and must be able to use Word and Excel to keep track of budgets
If you have a butchery background and can demonstrate this it would be an advantage .
We are looking for someone with past experience of managing a production kitchen .
