Head Chef required at Gastro pub London .We are looking for a dynamic individual to assist in the running of this location that has a French Bistro theme .
We are looking for a chef who has some experience of fine dining and would like to demonstrate there skill to this discerning clientèle.
You must be able to run a kitchen to compile and design menus and specials
You will be responsible for the GP and must be proficient at using Word and Excel .
We use locally sourced produce with a true French theme .
5 days a week splits and straights meals on duty accommodation is available at a small weekly charge
£35000 pa . Start January
