Head Chef Bridport , Dorset !

We require an enthusiastic Chef to join our team at this newly acquired Gastro pub

You will have full control of menus and running of the kitchen from ordering to wastage and be expected to hit a GP of 68% .

There will of course be bonuses attached to this .

This position is 5 days a week no accommodation ,restaurant holds 40 covers and the owners will be looking for awards eventually .

Using suppliers from the local area is a must ,

£28000+ pa .
