Chef de Partie required Saftesbury Dorset

We require a Chef de Partie to work with us at this lovely Gastro pub near Shaftesbury in Dorset
The lucky candidate must be able to run a section of the kitchen and be able to implement seasonal menu changes when appropriate by liaising with the junior team members and the senior members of the team
We offer a lovely traditional English fayre that has a modern twist and daily specials can be added to the menu .No awards at moment but would like to get there !
This is quaint location with parking available
5 days a week there is a mix of shifts split and straight and there is public transport available as well .
There is no accommodation with this one for at least 2 months as busy time of year
Start time is 10 – 230 back at 5 till 930 – 10
