Junior Sous Chef /CDP

We require a permanent junior Sous Chef and CDP to work at this busy Gastro pub in the centre of Bridport
.
All produce used is locally produced and they are very keen to keep thing that way .
We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead the young team on the Head Chefs absence
,must have restaurant experience and be able to work under pressure .
